Faciliteter på stationen er vigtig.

Der skal være tilstrækkelig antal P-pladser.
Der skal være tilfredsstillende cykel parkeringsmuligheder.
Vente facilitterne skal være iorden. Herunder vil det være en god ide med hot spot.
Informationstavler som tydeligt viser kommende bus/lokal baner/ færge afgange i det nær området.
Belysning så man føler sig så tryg som muligt.
Tydelig skiltning med telefonnumre mv hvor man skal henvende sig hvis man har brug for hjælp eller information.
